Kenyans to Kenyans Peace Initiative (KKPI) was established in 2005 as a non-profit making organisation gearing its activities towards conflict management and Peace building. The need to facilitate legal adoption was birthed after recognising the need for orphaned and abandoned children, through alleviation of their status and facilitating their integral development, to be brought up within loving homes. Therefore, it was found necessary to register an adoption society known as Kenyans to Kenyans Peace Initiative (KKPI) Adoption Society.
The guiding principle to our activities is the best interest of the children.
Adoption ends the legal relationship between a minor (person under the age of 18) with his or her original parents and create a new and legal family relationship.
KKPI- Adoption Society is registered, as an adoption society, with the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Services under the Kenyan government, mandated to facilitate Local, Resident and International adoption processes. We provide advice and support services for applicants who wish to adopt.
At KKPI-Adoption Society, we believe that child adoption is the greatest gift anyone can give to a child who needs to be brought up in a family set up.
